Mary Ellen is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She failed to explain certain requirements and expectations, and proceeds to respond in a rude manner when you ask questions. Terrible customer service. There are several other places to receive these services. I do not recommend.

I did not have a favorable experience in my dealings with company, to say the least. Patricia Barry could've been way more professional in her overall communication with me regarding my needs for acquiring guardianship bond. She first claimed that I did not previously send her my bond application, and then proceeded to ask me disconcerting questions about my application once she finally read it. After providing little to no assistance, she then proceeds to tell me that my application was denied for reasons that seem to be extremely fabricated. So, I searched and found a better, more reputable company that satisfied my needs in a very seamless, timely and professional way. Unfortunately, I am forced to rate this company with one star instead of no stars. I would not recommend Pilzer-Gullick
