Do not get your taxes filed here. The owner has poor communication, is slow to respond, and did not successfully file my taxes, and wanted to charge me to mail them off ( that should be included in the fee). The business wasn’t always this way. But who wants to support a business that may not complete your business one year ? 🙄

Unprofessional and irresponsible. Never in office to take calls. You are only able to leave messages with the receptionist. Which in my case resulting in a policy to never get canceled and $1054.00 still being pulled from my account. Poco profesional e irresponsable. Nunca esta en la oficina para atender llamadas. Solo pude dejar mensajes con la recepcionista.Lo que en mi caso resulto en una poliza que nunca se cancelo y todavia se retiraro los $1054.00 de mi cuenta.
