I have had my auto, home and life insurance with this agency since 2006. Friendly people. Great customer service. Local and shop for the best rates! I highly recommend!

I bought a new car & they needed to take pictures of it. So i get someone to take pictures of it ( a lady there to be exact) & she tells me that she is going to submit it. The next day I email my insurance agent & i let him know that I had a lady to take pictures of the car. He tells me that he is going to submit it. So my insurance app tells me that my policy will be canceled because they are missing pictures of my new car. I tell my insurance agent & he says he will get it fixed. A couple of days go by & my insurance is cancelled. I email the agent asking why was it cancelled when they had the pictures of my car. He COMPLETELY SKIPS OVER WHAT I ASKED & tells me that they refunded me. It’s the fact that he didn’t see any wrong in his doings & just tells me that i am getting refunded. Like

Worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. Once you pay for your quote they won’t answer or call back.
