Phil Champion - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am very pleased with my experience with Rob Lane and changing to State Farm. Rob was so easy to work with--friendly, gracious and patient with me (85 year old --not computer/iphone savvy). What I especially liked was he was never pushy. He gave a quote for Home Owners and autos last Friday. He said we could take all weekend to look at figures and he would answer any questions. When I called on Monday with questions, he answered all them. He made changing easy. And best of all, he was able to save us about a thousand dollars bundling our accounts with State Farm. Rob was calm and positive, making sure I understood everything. I don't know when I've had such a good experience. Thank you State Farm!

I don’t write reviews often so trust me when I say, I never thought an insurance company could be so accommodating and helpful. CJ and all the staff at Phil Champion State Farm were so helpful and kind to me. Even when I called their office at 4:58pm on a Friday, they answered immediately and still helped me with my car insurance when I needed some help right then and couldn’t wait till Monday. No complaints, no dismissive attitude, just good customer service and efficient guidance. Like a good neighbor, State Farm really was there.

I am so blessed to have been able to speak with Pat Peterson today. He actually was able to get me some insurance on my home. I also was able to save money by doing a bundle with my car and home owner insurance. He was such a sweet gentleman to talk with. He definitely knew what he was talking about. He not only help me but calmed my nerves by speaking to my other agency and helping me cancel with them.

Great experience working with Patrick. Clear communication, quick responses, and everything explained in a way that actually makes sense. I asked plenty of questions (sometimes silly ones 😉), and he always took the time to walk me through the details. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
