Sometimes you find out about how a person reacts under stress accidentally. Recently I received a distressing letter from the main State Farm office, "your insurance has been cancelled." Yikes! I immediately called Peter, and this is where you really get who a man is....he came through. He called me back at 10pm on a Saturday night. He reassured me that all was fine and that my letter was just a formality. Ever since the wild fires of 2017 that raced through Santa Rosa, seems like the insurance companies are less personable, more robotic.
