I have been with Masterson State Farm Agency over 30 years starting with my first car Eagle Talon. And now all my family cars and house are insured by State Farm. Wonderful agency. Everyone is very helpful. Our agent Liz Drankwalter is one of the best. She always there to give great advice and helping me and my family to have the right coverage we need. The best Home/Auto insurance agency ever. My first review of the Masterson State Farm agency after being insured by them for more than 30 years, I could not be more impressed with the responsiveness of everyone on the team, many of which have been the same people I have dealt with during my entire 30+ years. Adding and adjusting new components is easy and seamless. Great team atmosphere where everyone has each other’s back. Their claims team is super helpful and treats claimants like human beings. This group is the epitome of a well oiled machine. Kudos to the staff and management for all they do and for what they have created.
