Pete Ackerson - State Farm Insurance Agent

What can one insured say about the OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL service given to a client. I am so blessed to have met the Pete Ackerson Team, Moved up here from FL 03/2019 and wanted a local agent and found Pete's office. I never met them and yet they take care of me and my insurance needs accordingly. I have been with State Farm for so many years that I can't even remember when I started. All I know is that when I need anything Jennifer is there and the balance of the team in Amherst. I have moved out of the area and still do business with Pete Ackerson and Jennifer and the rest of the team. Feeling blessed to have them as my agent of choice.

My family does all our insurance with Ackerson/State Farm. The Ackerson team is always helpful and courteous whether it be a general question or accident. They offer solutions to my concerns with a smile. Always available to help In my 23 years with State Farm I can honestly say I have no complaints.

Been with this branch for many years and the couple of times I've been in a bind they have stepped up and taken the reigns so my stress is as minimal as possible. Just recently Jennifer coordinated someone to get me back in my truck after I locked my keys in it which I only noticed after finding out my son needed to be picked up from school early after an injury and I was a mess! She was so kind and stayed in touch with me the whole time to make sure I was taken care of. 100% dedicated customer service, above and beyond, thank you!

We have used Pete Ackerson State Farm Insurance Agency for many years but, we have not needed a lot of additional help.... Until yesterday when I contacted them for help with my mom's Medicare. Jennifer has been amazing! She has answered all of my questions and she has given me answers to questions that I didn't even know to ask. I highly recommend them!
