Leaps and bounds better than Andy Arnold!!! Daphnie was extremely professional and patient (I was extremely angry when I called) and not only endured all my complaints, but did her best to try to help me find the right contact to report Andy Arnold to. She also magically saved us over $300 bucks when Andy wanted to put everything on me like it was my fault I was paying so much. If you're gonna go with State Farm, this is your agent.
