Called and was immediately impressed! She was super nice and got all of my information. Told me I’d have an answer by noon. Texts me later that policy has to go to underwriting - no problem, should be later that day. Couple days go by, followed up again. Told me she’d let me know as soon as possible. I texted again just asking for a response. Nothing. It’s now been nearly two weeks. Sad because I wanted to go with someone local. Regardless of decision on policy, you have to communicate to people. Stinks because I feel like I gave a lot of personal info out and was never followed up with. No longer interested in a quote. Found a much better rate, within minutes. I hope you understand my frustration and concern with giving out my information with no response.
