Had the displeasure of working with Kimberly Needham for the past 3 years. This year I received my renewal a month and a half before it was due. Reached out to her because the increase was drastic. Never called me back. On my own, found my own insurance agent with a company who offers more, less deductible and the annual insurance costs $300 less. Good riddens, Kimberly. Your work ethic sucks.

Went into their office a month ago for a quote for a condo we were purchasing, gave them all my information, met with Ronnie Causey, was told they would send me a quote within a few days. They never got back from them, Massey Insurance gave me a great same day quote, needless to say they now have my business. Very disappointed with Peoples Underwriters. William Feld

I called for 4 days and left 3 messages for someone to return my call, for a quote on not 1 but 2 businesses. Needless to say we won’t be doing business with this company. If I can’t get in touch with them now, they probably saved me from a future nightmare.

Do not use them as they have poor customer service and they will not call back.. Every time I called in on policy issues the front desk told me my agent was Tamera and she was busy. They would put me into her VM and she NEVER calls back. I cancelled policy because of this Agency..

Matt and his team always go above and beyond. Great customer service, fast, and efficient. Saved me a lot of money over my previous insurance.
