My homeowners policy was cancelled thanks to Penn-Ohio not responding to the insurers (Grange ins.) requests for info, Penn-Ohio also did not reply via email or phone to multiple attempts on my part to contact them requesting info. Well, I hate doing bad reviews, but when I get zero phone calls or responses from the company when I try to find out what happened, I will do so. A well written bad review is more difficult than saying "They are great! 5 stars!". Because I don't just say "Well, that sucked". I lay it all out. I bought a new house in New Castle. I called a few agencies and Penn-Ohio had the best rates with an insurer I was familiar with, so I moved home and auto two autos, full coverage, to Penn Ohio. That was Nov. 2024.
