Very bad experience Poor communication canceled policy without notification while we were out of town New policy Did not give us payment date due then when called to get due date They said they canceled & would NOT reinstate the new policy very rude! Never get what we overpaid returned no accidents would not give military discount bundle or good driving record Made customer handle towing would not help! The towing business had to text alot of info to them ( they were too lazy to do the work put it on customer & business) We ask why so complicated! That’s probably WHY they canceled ( had to do a little work) Not used to it Geico for 20 yrs they handled everything Always out of the office ( left early on vacation no one answers phone) Could never
