At first I was impressed, but then I found I would make requests via email and I never heard back. I then went into the office and discussed my needs and concerns and she was to follow up. Again, there was zero follow up. I ended up handling it myself. So, I think I was generous with three stars. I will be looking for a new agent shortly.
