The customer service line is great. Every time I called and needed help their members service team were so helpful and professional. Finding an adult dental providers is kind of difficult because most of their in network dental clinics are for child. So far so good and no complaints.

They short paid my eye surgery follow up appointment and didn’t provide a EOB. I called them and after 15 minutes of entering the required information, the system stated that they were closed and hung up.

So far so good! Thanks Ga for helping me go to the doctors I need to see. I really appreciate being able to go to the dentist and get eye seen about. Now I will be able to see the buster stuff my BD be doing from 3 miles away. Thanks! Lesta!

I have to have surgery and am better peachstate is a very ugly health coverage. They denied all of my bills and I have bills stacked up to 6000 that they denied and didnt send notice. They would not change it and they send you to very sucky hospitals. They lied when she changed it without my consent mind you. From Oscar to sucky am better. I'm so upset. They are the worst insurance company I have ever had in my life. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE COVERAGE. DO NOT GET DO NOT GET DO NOT GET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER EVER GO TO THEM. NEVER PLEASED LISTEN CLOSLY NEVER!!!!!!!!!

Peachstate is the worst health plan ever. They have my birthdate incorrect therefore I cannot even use my Medicaid. They make it literally impossible to get corrected. Their websites never work and the member services phone number is pointless. They also have my son’s last name spelled incorrectly.
