I was checking around to see if I could save money monthly switching car insurance and tried PRI and not only was it around $28 less a month than my prior insurance but Jennifer's customer service and helpfulness was exceptional. I had a hiccup with my insurance in the process (a fault of mine, not theirs) and she was able to get it resolved within an hour before a holiday and even before lunch. I can't recommend her enough. Very friendly office as well which is nice to see nowadays. The whole process was quick both signing up for the insurance and rectifying my mistake and I can't recommend them enough.
