This review is being posted on behalf of someone who experienced unprofessional behavior from the business owner or someone affiliated with the business. He intentionally blocked their car in with his base-level Mercedes to intimidate them for mistakenly using the empty parking lot for 30 minutes — despite there being no signage indicating any restrictions. I would strongly advise avoiding this business as it was extremely concerning behavior and unprofessional.

Always great customer service! Chris is always cheerful and very helpful. Natalie is friendly, knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile. I recommended PCE to my parents and Natalie worked to save them around $1000 a year on car insurance. PCE should be everyone's choice for insurance!!
