Hillary Daignault and the staff have been very helpful and responsive, assisting me with my policy. It's an old Victorian (1891), but a well maintained one. This means I need a special policy for older homes. If you are looking for a great team to help you with your insurance needs, looks no farther.

I manage the insurance policies for two tiny non-profits in my town and Pauli-Shaw also wrote a professional liability policy for my small business. They have my repeat business because of their unfailingly excellent service on the first policy and on subsequent policies. They search for the least expensive policy that will do the job, they provide excellent service, and they are very helpful. For example, they rapidly respond when we call upon them for a certificate of insurance for an event. In this age of automated phone answering systems with annoying menus, Pauli-Shaw still answers the phone with a real human every time. To me, that means the customer is still important enough to Pauli-Shaw to be worth the courtesy and investment in personnel, and I sure appreciate it.

The people at this agency were incredibly helpful to me. When I called, Danny explained different things over the phone, and was very patient in case there was anything I didn't understand. He also called me back the next day, which was a surprise because I usually don't expect this from agencies. This agency actually worked to get me the lowest rate they could for my situation, and I'm honestly very appreciative of them (even if this review is a little late, sorry about that). Julie Stagnoli at Pauli-Shaw found homeowner's insurance for me when I couldn't get it anywhere else because of fire risk. Julie was incredibly helpful in finding me a policy when I was out of other options and needed to close escrow on a new house so my son and I could have a place to live. She kept in close contact during and even after the whole ordeal. I am very grateful for her assistance.
