The woman in their office told me it would be okay to pay a few days after my due date since the automatic withdrawal was not aligning with my pay schedule. Unbeknown to me, that caused my premium to go up considerably. Then, she claimed she never told me that to Paul. He then told me it was an across the board insurance increase due to inflation smh which was another mistruth. I have roots with American Family as I used to work in their Corporate office many years ago. They never got me onto their app which was another problem. I had no idea how much I was paying or for what. Beware of this agency. If you aren’t savvy with insurance you are likely paying more than you should be due to their negligence and bad advice!!!! I've been with this agency since I was 16. It was Tom's and then became Paul's. I've never looked for another insurance agent because I didn't have to. This guy goes above and beyond as does his entire team. If give him a thousand stars if I could!
