Paul and his staff are AWESOME! They always take the time to help with any policy issue or concern. They are knowledgeable about their products and if they don't know the answer (doesn't happen often) they will get their back office on the line to make sure everything is clear and correct information is given. I trust them with my auto & home.
From the very beginning, Paul has been amazingly helpful, very courteous, and ALWAYS there when I have questions or need assistance I’ve used online insurance providers before, but Paul is a throwback in every positive sense of the word. I cannot recommend him highly enough if you’re looking for more than a chat bot to help you when you need it.
Mr Paul Simonetti and his representatives are very efficient, very friendly and very hardworking. They will go to any length to help their customers, they take their time to explain everything, very patient if you don't understand, they will explain everything to you, anytime you call Mr Simonetti, he will respond right away and let you know that once he get to the office the next day, he will take care of the problem for you, and he does follow up. He will give you a call to let you know whether he's still working on it or it is fixed. He's such a gentleman, talks to you with respect including all his staff, they are so nice and very pleasant to speak with either on the phone or in the office. When I needed life insurance, Mr Simonetti invited the representative in charge of that departme
The service I received can't be compared to other insurance agencies I've been with. Paul and Samantha are literally a call away whenever I have questions or concerns. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting personal attention from their insurance agents.
Not sure what to say...My policy started out affordable now I can barley cover it. 10 years no claims... and I'm at 300 dollars a month ... and when I ask why so high? Well it based on all the bad drivers AROUND ME. NOT MY DRIVING... So how many stars should you get ?
