Great little notary and Insurance. Friendly staff, fast and efficient.

My in-laws have been dealing with this company for years, paying $500, and despite repeatedly requesting multiple quotes over the past two years, no one ever followed up or made the process easy for them. Now that we’ve found another insurance provider and are in the process of canceling, guess who suddenly picks up the call? Paul—the owner. When I told him I had already provided it, he raised his voice at me and snapped, “Just give me the damn email.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This man is an absolute disgrace—rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Raising your voice at someone simply trying to handle their own business is unacceptable. I had Rosko for the last 7 years. I asked Paul on 7/1/24 through email to review our car and homeowners insurance as both were coming up for renewal mid July. He assured me he would. I didn’t hear back so I followed up with a phone message and never heard back. I then called and left a message for him to call me with the woman who answered and he never responded. I also emailed to follow up which also didn’t receive a response. I finally reached out to Brosky Insurance who was able to review all my numbers, give me new updated rates, and pull everything together. They issued a cancellation notice to Rosko who should’ve put everything through to my car and homeowners insurance. I also emailed him stating he was receiving these from Brosky. The absolute worst notary I’ve ever have ever encountered! I waited 4 months for them to fix my auto registration only to find out they NEVER filed it with Penn Dot! They mistakenly submitted my other vehicle that was already registered. I paid another competent notary to fix their mess. Oh and yes Paul’s ONLY response was to blame me for letting my insurance lapse for 10 days due to a bank routing error. Truly the most rude unprofessional business establishment I have ever met. Stay far far away from this office! Lesson learned!

Bought a truck in the morning from a dealer. We were all done with title exchange, insurance and tags in under 30 minutes. Excellent professional service.
