I worked with Lynn recently on changing coverage due to a change in the operation of my company. She worked diligently to get me a better policy, with a cheaper monthly costs. Not only did she help immensely with the main coverage, but she gave a lot of insight on how to ensure my family has enough coverage and options I may want to look out for in the future. Running a company she made this such an easy transaction as well with the ability to answer questions through email and text during the process of setting up the new policy. I have had State Farm for my renters insurance for about seven years. A few years ago after a horrible experience with a different insurance company, I moved my vehicles to State Farm as well. Paul and Alexis have always provided great communication and knowledge when/where we needed. Recently, my husband made a decision to purchase another vehicle. I may have sent a previous review today so this review might be a repeat. Sorry. I felt motivated to resend my review. I came from out of state in January and chose this State Farm office. Good decision- helpful - smart-friendly. Today I spoke to Lynn who was so helpful. She made a change to my direct payment plan. Lynn noticed a detail in my car insurance that seemed esoteric to me. She lowered my monthly car insurance bill by about $15 per month. We also had a fun call too. Thanks Lynn!
