In all of the over 40 years as I have been a customer this has been the worst. Auto accident in April of this year. I was forced to pay above and beyond the amount of my deductible as well as they delayed moving my auto to my requested repair shop by an additional 8 days. They refuse to pay my shop what they should have paid to restore my auto to pre accident condition as well as the extra week of rental I had to pay because they could not get my auto moved on a timely basis.
AVOID State Farm at all costs!! They approved the roof and siding but siding only for repair. The siding is discontinued and wants to mismatch the house with a different color. You only know how valuable insurance is when you need them and this is one company you don’t want in your corner!!
Paul does a great job. Been with him for 30 years plus. Takes care of you in a timely manner when needed.
Helpful, returns calls right away, doesn't try to sell you unnecessary products/coverage. Excellent customer service!
Outstanding customer service and support. I call agents across the country this is one of the best I have ever interacted with.
