I went through State Farm today to start my renters insurance and the process was quick and easy with the help of Debbie , Sarah , and Vincent ! They were so kind and gave me affordable prices for my new home ! I will definitely be coming back for more services from them ! Thank you Debbie and her team !

I’m not using my real name for this for personal reasons. I’ve had insurance through this office for 11 or 12 years now and never had much of an issue up until the last year or two. Consistently, any time i have to deal with my agent, mostly Debra H., i’m met with a really rude and condescending attitude. If you’re looking for a service that has a friendly disposition towards its patrons, this is definitely not the place you want to go to. The girl at the front desk i will say though is nice and friendly, but unfortunately she’s not the one that actually handles the policies.

Ms. Yaritzaliz Santiago and Ms. Debra Henderson, both has earned a FIVE STAR rating for providing excellent Customer Service for State Farm Insurance Company. They are a great asset and has done a phenomenal job assisting with my insurance policy. Steer Clear and Good Student discount was added to the policy for a better rate. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite, their communication was amazing, and customer oriented. Again thanks to Ms. Santiago and Ms Henderson, keep up the good work.
