Patty Ann Sanborn - State Farm Insurance Agent

Patty Sanborn has been my insurance agent for our cars, home and life coverage for over 15 years. When my husband and I left Burlington and moved to Lawrence, Kansas I asked Patty if we needed to find an insurance agent closer to our new home. Her response was, “Of course not, I will always be here if you need me!” Truer words were never spoken! When Lawrence was hit by a tornado earlier in the year I immediately got a call from Patty asking if my family was OK and if we needed her to come to Lawrence right then. When my car was struck in a Walmart parking lot recently by a young girl who tried to press a false claim against me, Patty jumped in and worked with the claims agent to protect my interest. I cannot imagine having any better insurance agent than Patty Sandborn! She is a caring

Patty Ann was fantastic from the first time I called her to let her know I had hit a large animal. She found a collision center approved by State Farm so I could get the car towed directly there. The recommended center did a fabulous job. Thank you Patty Ann and State Farm! You made a difficult situation as easy as it could be!

Have used State Farm for insurance since 1975. Several years ago switched agents to Patty Ann after not receiving much help from our other agent. She has always been responsive to our needs and making sure that any questions or concerns were immediately taken care of. BEST AGENT EVER!!

I shopped several insurance companies very diligently for an extended amount of time and ultimately went with Patty Ann. It's TRUE about cream rising to the top, and Patty Ann is the creamiest!! She and her team seem to have the old school mentality of putting the customer needs first and taking time to be sure everything is right. It is nice to know if I ever need help my agent will be there for me with a smiling face !

Patty Ann has been our agent since we moved her in 1998. She has seen us through basement floodings, raising 3 kids, etc. Always excellent service and we save a lot with bundled price for home, auto and umbrella coverage. Not only is this an excellent State Farm office to do business with, but they are extremely supportive of our local communities. Every year she sponsors "bucks for belts" where they check kids that are driving into the high school (for example) and if they're wearing a seatbelt then they get a buck. She supports ball teams in many areas as well. She's also an extremely nice lady! Her staff is friendly and kind and well-trained.
