We have been with State Farm for over 60 years and with Patti Souther since we moved to Monroe 23 years ago. The entire office staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful; always willing to listen, answer questions, and offer advice tailored to us. We have several policies with them, and they always make sure we are getting the best service, coverage and discounts available to us. I usually work with Susan, and she has been a lifeline when I have an insurance question! She answers my questions usually while we are on the phone or, if need be, will willingly do any research necessary and get back with me as soon as possible. Their customer service is top-notch, and we would highly recommend Patti and her agency. You won't regret it.

I had heard about this office and I was pleased with what I heard. I called and spoke with Jane, and it was close to closing time. I told her we could talk the next day but she had no problem with getting me covered right then. Jane was forbearing, explained coverage, and she saved us $142.00 in auto insurance.
