I had a great experience with Patsy Sears our local State Farm Insurance agent Granger. Patsy and her team help our business project recently. I Highly recommend Patsy if you are in the market for any insurance needs.

Long time State Farm customer here, but never had to file any claims. I know that many people only do reviews when something is negative, but I have a positive one to share! I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with State Farm so far on my recent claim. I recently had damage done to my property due to storms. Not only was it a scary situation, but after speaking to others, I was even more scared to contact insurance! From the moment I reported it, the process has been amazing and fast! I moved back to the area from Arizona and purchased a home. Patsy was amazing to work with. She made transferring my auto policy to Indiana easy and got me great rates and coverage on my car and house. I just met with her again today to get another homeowners for another house I am purchasing. Great experience working with Patsy again today, she is knowledgeable about the products she sells. It is a pleasure working with her again.

This is one of the worst State Farm branches that I have came into contact with. The staff was not helpful whatsoever when I asked simple questions. They fired their best employee last year whom offered me the most help. Most of the time the owner isn't even in the office to answer questions and assist. I would not recommend using this branch.

I am in the process of switching my vehicles, home and rental property to State Farm. Mike Nagy, at Granger, IN location, has been extremely helpful with the process. He has been in regular contact, found better rates for me than what I was paying on my motorcycle, and, overall, has been very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend using him for your insurance needs!
