They owe me over $700 and claimed to have mailed to the bank 2 weeks ago. The bank says they havnt recieved and also that the money is supposed to go to me. Patrons claims it's a law but bo th my agent and bank states that's not true. They were very rude on the phone and didn't have ti me to talk to me and would call me tomorrow...... avoid these people!
20 years as a customer, 1 small claim 15 years ago. I got behind during covid and they canceled my policy. Won't reinstate it .
I got drain liquid on countertop and my sink needs replaced but Patron Buckeye insurance will not pay.
Great pricing and the ladies in the office are always polite and willing to help.
