Horrible, horrible horrible of communicating. I left numerous numerous messages. They never pick up the phone and they don’t call people back. I would not recommend this company.
I've been a customer at this office for over ten years and I will never go anywhere else. The service I've recieved has always been beyond exceptional. Pat will do whatever it takes to help people out.
Pat is very responsive to his customers and very helpful with all questions. Quotes and help with claims are handled immediately. Pat and Allstate have been great!

I call and leave messages and nobody answers the phone. I called their 1800 number and was offered a $100 but had to pay $3 for shipping and handling when I told them I’m not going to pay for it cause I’m not interested the lady said she can’t help me with my policy Cancelation. Bunch of crooks!!!!!!!
