We've had American Family Insurance since 1974. I have never had a problem with any claims. The claims we have had over all the years were taken care of by my agent without any issues. One call to my agent, then claims called me back to walk us through the process. Fast and great service. We would highly recommend the Patrick Huck agency. Great agency to work with.

While the company's technology user experience is phenomenal, and the rates/coverages are as good as it gets, it's the local agency's customer service that really sets American Family apart. To that end, folks in the Winneconne area are fortunate to have the Huck Agency there to serve their insurance needs. Since switching over to AmFam 2 years ago, I've found Lucas to be a super-valuable resource. He has an in-depth understanding of personal lines insurance as well as the company's technology suite, and is ultra-responsive to my questions and coverage needs. Hopefully I'll never have to work with him on filing a claim, but I'm certain that it would go smoothly too! Looking forward to our continued business relationship for many years to come.

No.. they did not meet my expectations! After looking into other options I realized I was being overcharged for being underinsured! Is it though? Less than a month ago I received a bill for $24 after cancelling you.. stating my drive safe app discount on my phone had been cancelled by you after multiple attempts on the phone with your people to get it back on track and then yesterday I received a letter from a collection agency to collect that $24 bill - great customer service!

Pat and his team are great. I've been working with Pat (and now Lucas on his team) for over10 years now, and it's been a wonderful experience. They are honest about what coverage is needed/not needed, clearly explaining the benefits/risks of having or not having. Responses are always quick, rates are fair, and claims service when needed has been terrific.
