The prices for insurance are a bit on the higher side. The service is okay, depends on who you deal with. Patrick is good with Customers Service or helping with problems. But the rest of the people in his Oshkosh office are less friendly. I have been a customer for two years now and may look for cheaper service in the future?

I have continued to carry American Family after my husbands passing in 2005. Everyone is very friendly and always keep me updated if I need to change things or upgrade.. I'm very satisfied. . Thsnk you

I carry a life insurance policy which I got through American Family when I lived in Wisconsin Rapids. I moved to Winneconne, and transfered the policy to Patrick's office. I really have nothing to say, because Patrick and I have never met. I only met his secretary.

I have been working with Lisa M. and she is wonderful! Down to earth and very easy to talk to. She has helped me through insuring my very old home and all my crazy vehicles. Working with American family has saved me over $1000! Thank you Lisa!
