I recently needed help addressing some billing issues with my account, so I reached out to the team at Patrick Blevins State Farm agency in lexington VA and it was a very helpful and pleasant experience. I was helped by a very nice woman named Heather who did an excellent job getting the info I need in a timely and professional matter. The team here is alway very helpful and makes you feel like they are doing their best for you.

On Tuesday, January 6, I was heading out to an appointment when my car wouldn’t start. I called the local State Farm office to check on my roadside assistance insurance. Lynnsey could not have been more helpful. She assured me that I had full coverage and she even gave me contact information for several mechanics. Her advice paid off for within an hour a mechanic had come to my house, got my car started and talked me through what I should do in the aftermath. Throughout this time I texted Lynnsey and another staff person several times as they advised me what to do to “click in” to my coverage.
