Patricia and her team are fantastic! American Family as a company is A++. This company, as well as, Patricia and her team reallylook out for their clients. They have been amazing during the current COVID-19 pandemic, and have always reached out when there are ways to save. I've been with Americam family for the past 5 years and have not had one complaint about the company or Patricia and her team. Their response time is fantastic and very easy to deal with. I recommend American Family when ever I have the opportunity all due to the value they bring with their products and the peace of mind they offer.

Completely unprofessional. Before conducting business, request an active and correct Producer’s number for the agent you are working with and review every bit of paperwork. I have attempted to jump through hoops to get this information (which is supposed to be legally available to anybody who requests it - in order to verify that the business is operating legally). Not only was I denied the information, but I was hung up on repeatedly. I have concerns about the legitimacy of this agency and concerned that I was shut down at every attempt to POLITELY request the information from them. Furthermore, the number that WAS eventually given to me was either incorrect, or entirely invalid. I would use a more reputable company. This agent and her assistant Irvin Ruiz do not practice good sound business. I have had a policy since 06/17 and up until recently I thought they understood our needs and had our back in protecting our investment, but it turns out they mislead us and lied about the coverage of the policy we actually purchased. When confronted about thier unethical, potentially fraudulent behavior they denied everything claiming to not be able to remeber. I filed a complaint with her supervisor and Mrs. Ruiz just sat there smugly as if she was untouchable. Consumer affairs attempted to sweep the corruption under the rug and dismiss my complaint as a misunderstanding. In their correspondence with me they cited the application as reasiong for their decision but upon further review of the application i found
