I have great service since day one. Had a hurricane approaching in my area and I was able to make changes before it entered the gulf extremely grateful for this team. I was even given information of where State Farm would be preparing in case of disaster. Unfortunately was involved in an accident and had my truck in the shop quickly and returned quickly with no issue on payments regarding insurance. Great team great company.

Customer service is awesome at this location. Kesha is always helpful with all my insurance needs if she doesn’t have an answer for me right away she always gets back with me. I currently live in San Antonio and thought about moving my insurance needs locally, but I would be losing out on great customer service. So with that said Patric Luera’s office will be my choice for my insurance needs.
