We moved all our insurance needs to Carey about 10 years ago based off recommendations I found online. We were moving from a prior insurance agent who was rude, unprofessional and ultimately not helpful. Well, Carey has been the exact opposite!!! Anytime we've needed anything she's been super responsive, sincere in wanting to help and ultimately helped us with any issue or need that we had. She's worked with us to adjust our policies where it makes sense or shop around for better rates, she's been great. Highly recommend!!!

We have worked with Pat Richard Insurance, (primarily Carey Richard) for well over 15 years. Carey always works with a sense of urgency and responds to email, text and phone calls in no time at all. Carey is extremely knowledgeable, offers suggestions, and is never "pushy". Clearly she has our "Backs" when it comes to our insurance needs! Have thoroughly enjoyed our long history with them.

After a few years using other insurance agencies for some rental properties, I decided to do some comparison shopping and got some quotes from Carey at Pat Richard Insurance Agency in Saratoga. Carey provided excellent service and got back to me quickly with several options. I made an appointment to see her the next day and she had all the options neatly printed out for me to compare. Most importantly, the quotes were significantly less than what we were paying with two other agencies. We saved hundreds of dollars. I was so impressed, I recommended her to my son for his auto insurance and he and his husband saved hundreds too. Carey is very responsive to questions and it's easy to reach via email.

Pat is most always available to talk to me and answer my insurance related questions. She also freely provides me with advice regarding my insurance needs. On the few occasions we have had an insurance claim Pat has acted quickly and professionally to provide whatever claim related services and support we needed. The bottom line is I highly recommend Pat Richard Insurance Agency. The personal touch and attention she provides is rare these days. This agency is definitely first class!

I really appreciate the ongoing communication, rather than the minimum required touchpoint in the beginning. I actually feel that Carey is looking out for our best needs. Very prompt service and goes the extra mile for us. Thank you so much Carey.
