They are so helpful. No question I have asked has been left unanswered, and my emails and/or calls are always returned promptly. Alice has worked to make sure I have the lowest rates for which I qualify, and when I made a claim, she filed it promptly and had an adjustor work with me within a few days. I have used several insurance companies in my lifetime, and this agency has been the best!

I challenged Jarvis to beat the rates of my previous insurance company, thinking there was no way he could that. But he beat their rates on all three of my policies: auto, home and umbrella. And my coverage actually increased a bit on two of them. But the real star of his office is his office manager, Alice. She is an expert and a real pleasure to work with.
