Very dissatisfied with my experience thus far. I will be writing the president of the company a letter as well as reporting to the better business bureau. I was rear ended by a town car insured by this company. Can never get the same person on the telephone, and the people I have spoken to thus far do not return telephone calls that are left on their voicemails. I was told 3 different things by 3 different employees and still have not received repayment for over $1000 that I had to pay for repairs to my vehicle (repayment request was made twice since January and the accident was in December). Very rude. My husband got into an accident with a person covered by this insurance. They were claiming it was 50-50 at fault but then we told them we have a camera in our car, we do, they completely switch and claimed 100% fault on their driver. Debbie snapped on the phone and screamed and yelled like nobody’s business. The woman has issues. They give you the turnaround with everything. They send you a check for the damage and they cancel the check before you cash it. They claimed that they were informed that we were going to go through our own insurance. Not true. The mechanic dealing with them did not trust the insurance after the phone calls and claimed that we should pay cash because he will not trust a check sent directly to the mechanic. Whatever you do...... DO NOT do any kind or type of business with this company. They'll do anything to take your money, Swindle you out of your money. I've left Park Insurance Company back in February of this year for TLC purposes, somehow they have finagled their way into the system and still have me as their customer, for this reason TLC will not renew my vehicle license. I have been with another insurance company since March of this year signed all the proper transfer paperwork, and somehow again Park Insurance still has me as their insured. I've heard terrible things about this company and how illegal their operation is, whether it's their Russian immigration scheme that they have going on or their insurance fraud that goes on with their third party brokerage firms, it's amazing to me

Stay away from this company. They are unrated and insolvent. They force you to install gps tracking devices through a third party company that your policy instatement is contingent upon. Although essential in trucking I don’t find it fair or ethical to make it mandatory through a very expensive third party to keep gps trackers installed. We should be able to do that on our own accord. Then we can move onto the recent debacle of our insurance going from an already exorbitant rate of $9,000 per month for 5 small box trucks to $17,000 per month because they forgot to endorse two new vehicles that we added on last fall. We were hit by a clients of Park Insurance and it is has been a terrible time dealing with this company. I live out of state. The employees are very rude. It took me 2 weeks get the Police report from NYPD. Their client never turned in he was in a accident in the Bronx. I had to call the employer of the limo company to get the insurance company and I turned around and called Park Insurance to make sure they had coverage and the gentleman I spoke with was VERY RUDE with me. I ask how we can go from here and his comment to me was there is a thing that we have called a email. It’s not my place to make sure your client turned it in where he hit my car.
