Pamela Vadas: Allstate Insurance

This agency is the worst. First off, they did not notify me when transaction didn't go through correctly in May/June this year. I found out that the state of Florida sent me a letter my car was uninsured for a month. Then when I questioned them one of staff "Luke" I am certain answered my call. He was very defensive and condescending during our phone conversation. Then I was notified from my bank that my credit score was dropped somewhere around 130 points related " collection services" in 11/2025. I was scratching my head why. Then today 12/1/25 I got a letter from collection agency that Allstate reported my case to them. I do not owe anything to Allstate. Actually they screwed me up and my driving could have been suspended if Progressive did not have me back. There was no place or nobo

Very disappointing experience with agent Luke. He was rude, unhelpful, and extremely argumentative when I was simply trying to obtain information for a mutual customer. Instead of assisting, he became irate and disconnected the call mid-conversation. His behavior was unprofessional and childish, completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. Luke should not be representing any company that values respect and communication.

Pamela Vadas and her staff are always prompt, helpful, friendly, and professional! I've been with her agency for over 25 years, have used her services for homes and auto coverage, and referred my mother to her when she purchased a home in SW Florida also. Their customer service is great and it's reliably the best I've experienced. Highly recommend and would give 6 stars if possible!

I love this team. I got a call recently that ended up saving me lots of money on my home and auto insurance. I have used Vadas Allstate Insurance for many, many years and recommend them all the time. Professional and very responsive to all your insurance needs.

These folks are nice people. I just wish I could get a better price on auto insurance. I found a better price elsewhere. The one young dlady at Vades Insurance didn't return my call as promised. Luke is gruff but extremely professional. He says it like it is, I commend him for that.
