I was a customer for at least 12 years . All my payments were on auto pay so I had excellent payments. I decided to cancel in June 2024 ( cheaper and better rates ) . It is VERY difficult to reach anyone on the phone and a message will not be returned . My auto payments for the last two months are still being withdrawn from bank … $35 to cancel check .. it would be easier for Palo Pinto ins to cancel my auto policy and return my money . I NEVER filed a claim so I had no idea it was THIS DIFFICULT to get any answers .
The staff are nice but are hard to reach any day, any time. Also did not respond to a request I made for two weeks and had to call again.
Very good at getting me a better home owners policy
