Zero help when in need. Insured for 10+ years. Tried to file a claim on flood damage 2024 all denied. Difficult to work with, zero communication. Constant "need" to do full inspections. Told me today to "find a new insurance company". After refusing to have a forced inspection. Nothing in my home has changed since 2019. Would not even try to work with me on alternative solutions, short and rude on the phone calls. Do NOT recommend. Here's for trying to shop local. Good riddance.
