I have been with Palmer & Associates for going on three years and they have always answered any of my questions that I couldn’t figure out. Julie and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you understand every detail in your policy. It’s a shame more Insurance companies didn’t practice this with their clients. As far as far as I’m concerned, they are the best around specially In vidalia and anywhere else if you happen to see this post. Their patient they listen to your questions and they actually explain it instead of skipping over what you have to ask and that makes a true difference where you spend your money and how you are treated and I cannot thank Julie and Jeffrey Palmer enough for the way they conduct their business. This is Rosie Sampang. My Google IS is my gamer tag. Edit: I finally got the corrected denial ... a month too late for me to work with FEMA. It's been a total train wreck dealing with Auto Owners. Kim and Julie are fantastic. Unfortunately, Auto Owners Home Owners Insurance employs inept adjusters. I filed for assistance after Helene because my bathroom flooded. The claims inspector said ground water. I had the findings verified by an engineer friend. He said the direct cause was ground water. Fine. I got the denial. The denial said that the paneling and the carpet in my basement was damaged by ground water. I do not have a basement. I have asked repeatedly for an accurate denial. We did receive a registered letter from Auto Owners again stating that our paneling and carpet in our basem
