Be aware. Anytime using my insurance was told there would be a ding on my policy. Forgot to add my daughter to policy. He said/she said. Never comfortable calling office. I have been with his office since I’m 16 his dad had the business. They would rather lose a client than help.

Marissa is very kind and courteous and a pleasure to work with. She looked out for my best interests and explained everything clearly. She made the transition process very easy. I am really happy with my new car insurance policy.
