Worst health insurance ive ever had by far. They try to scam and hustle you as much as possible. No notifications on anything that they are supposed to tell you legally. Random medications they won’t cover and try to get you to pay as much as possible when you shouldn’t have to pay anything at all. The list goes on and on. Use any other insurance if you have the chance.

Not sure yet. Keep to myself for now. Better that way. Less trouble in the future. I hope?

You suck so bad. Liar's. Pretend they will send senior citizens gift cards. They have a 3rd party take all my info then instead of 3 weeks you don't get them for 2 months. And they don't tell you they are for certain stores. NOT groceries or gas God forbid. They lie so well. I'm looking into another insurance co.

I have been in medical billing for over 40 years and this company is the best. Anyone who is dissatisfied has not read the terms of their contract. They pay fast, have a great customer service department, and authorizations are handled in a timely manner. I personally have been insured by them as well for the last 3 years. Not a single complaint.
