Did not like customer service, never got a call back or email like the agent said when I canceled my policy. Had to call insurance company myself to see if cancelation went through which it did. But a simple follow up goes a long way.

I lived at apt 1407 1/2 Whitley ave. in Corcoran Ca, for 11 months. Don Huskett was the owner of the apt. I didn't have any problems what so ever with the rental. it was nicely cleaned before I moved in, Don was willing to work with me when i had a change of jobs; he worked with me if i was to have finance problems. Even when it came time for me to move out he had a busy schedule, and i was moving to Washington. It takes a really good person to think of others. As in putting money in my pocket for another deposit for a new place. So his mother and sister took a look a day before I left out of state. They paid me half then when he took a look himself he paid my mom the other half. This was my first rental and if I ever moved anywhere he managed I would defiantly rent from him again! I am

Horrible customer service, you call never get anyone to answer their phones, leave messages, & sent emails and no responses!! Our agent was Julie heard she not there anymore she was the best!! Our new agent does not know right from left!! I don't even want to give them a 1 ⭐️!!!
