My husband and I just recently switched over to this office. We were in the market for new car/homeowner insurance before our policy was due for renewal. Our insurance agent Erica was so helpful in the process. She was able to find a great price for us but still with the coverage that we needed. It was the easiest switch that I've done, all by email or phone. Even signing the new paperwork was done virtually which seems to be the new way of things in this pandemic. Great customer service! Highly recommend!!!

Not a review guy but here goes. Went to pay my auto ins. last year. I stood there, the only customer, waiting to be noticed for at least 20 minutes. When I finally was served the person and I couldn't communicate well due to a language barrier and so waited another 20 or so to have my policy written up all wrong. My frustration at this situation was greeted by dirty looks and a dismissive attitude by the person who wrote it up again . The punchline is that this year I got the same policy for the same vehicle from the same insurance co with another agent and saved $300.00 because the new agent gave me the discounts I deserved. Live and learn. ps, Ok, I said *written up* but meant *amended* to include a low mileage deduction. My only questions are how many of those 5 years did I qualify for
