When Joe Franco owned it??--WONDERFUL Agency, took great care of us, then Franco fell off the face of the Earth summer 2021, whoever is there now refuses to answer the phone, NO contact for over 2 years, but they keep getting their money via auto-debit and were our homeowner's agent, NO communication on renewal, sent the bill to our escrow, got paid, so I call here...nothing...leave a VM stating that I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Insurance and Finance and LO and BEHOLD I got a phone call! She ended up hanging up on me after denying repeatedly that she never not answered the phone, she has been with clients for the last 2 years was her reply!!! Definitely reconsider if you are considering P+P I highly recommend against them
