My rate keeps going up and asked Oxford milliin each year for the past 5 years says there is nothing they can do and everyone is going up blah blah. This year I got my own quote from outside and it was half the price for better coverage!! The agent I switched to said until you are about to leave they will say they can’t do nothing and only willing to help if you are about to leave. I tested it out and called Oxford again and same old same old “you can raise your deductible but not much can be done. This is the best we can do.” Then I bring up the idea that I found a rate that was half the price and with better coverage line by line. Then ALL OF A SUDDEN ….ok send us the quote you got we can shop it around. Wowwwww you couldn’t do that the past 5 years and now all of a sudden it can be shop
