Frankenmuth insurance through Owen Moore Agency, the insurance adjuster, that I was given was rude and unprofessional. We had a flood from the sewer in our basement with 6 inches of water. As I am asking questions about the out of pocket expenses her responses were rude. When you have customers that are first time homeowners and have never experienced anything like this you should be professional and explain the process and show some sympathy or empathy. Considering a different insurance company.
Joyce..at Standish Owen-Moore is the best. She always is extremely helpful and calls back with any needed info.
Personal service they actually know who their customers are.
The people here are great, very nice!
