Our Fellowship Church

If my husband and I could give Woodmen of the World Insurance less than one star, we would. We were both misled about our policies by the selling agent at the time that we purchased them. Fast forward to today, Woodmen has been taking our money for ALMOST THIRTY YEARS, but we have been informed that our policies are, "about to expire", and that we may be able to, "swap to another policy they sell". Even after I told the new agent that is supposedly handling our policies about all we have been through, she didn't email our options to us, as she had offered to do. Her email timing was of the utmost importance, as renewal was two weeks away on my husbands policy, and we were curious as to what option(s) might be available.
