I have worked with Kris DeKoster and Ottawa Insurance agency for just over 5 years. When I first reached out to her she was one of 3 independent agencies that I contacted. Within 30 minutes (at the most) Kris called me and started our business relationship. Within 24 hours I signed on with Ottawa to take care of my auto and homeowners insurance. A day or so later I did here from the other agencies. By then it was to late. Kris has maintained that high level of service. Her attention to detail and follow up is second to none!!!
