I had this insurance company for 15 years and had never filed a claim before, but now I had problems with the roof of my house because there was a hurricane and it damaged it. When I called, they sent someone who works for them, and according to the guy, he said that the roof was already beyond repair, and that for that reason they wouldn't pay for all the damage... Now my last action is to change insurance. Oh, and besides that, they have employees who are bilingual but lack education. And they're not friendly; they don't treat people well.

This is the worst home insurance company ever. I paid them for 3 and half years and now when it’s time for the claim their true color is coming out. They are totally playing games with me in my claim. Their adjuster John Fabian is the worst. They are not approving anything that we are claiming for. Just an example, they approved a new boiler for $14k and then the next day they changed it to $9k. So, as you can understand they are totally shrewd. I have two kids 6 and 12 yrs. For almost 1 month they didn’t do anything and my kids are missing so many school days because of them. My kids are traumatized, they wanna go back to home. But this worthless insurance company doesn’t care. Because of them me and my family’s life is like upside down. DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE and you’ll thank me later

In 24 years as a water damage mitigation specialist, I have never dealt with a company so horrible. My client has an incidental break on a valve for her burner which pumped steam throughout her basement causing mold to grow rapidly. They denied the claim without properly investigating coverage. When i did their work for them and got a statement from not only the plumber who fixed it but also a statement from a third party mold assessor stating that this damage was consistent with rapid growth from steam, they denied the claim still. They also sent a cancellation notice to the client. I will also add that this client is undergoing chemotherapy treatment currently. This insurance company is horrible. I had a power surge accident at my house. I did claim 1 month ago and they did not help me I called so many times I was crying and begging can you please fix my problem. I have two small babies. And my Both babies were sick with pneumonia. I live in a hotel and my son a asthma he becoming more sick. My little baby is traumatized. My kids do not stay in the hotel. And my all savings is finished right now. Insurance company adjuster John Fabian is so nasty with me and my kids. He doesn't care about my kid's life. Because I am Asian. I feel he did a racism profile with me and my kids I just want to say that do you love your family then never buy this insurance. I do not want any kids and families to suffer like us 😭😭😭😭

DO NOT let an agent write you with this company! Initially they will accept you as a customer, write you a policy AND accept your premium payment only to send you a cancellation letter a month later and leave you with having to scramble to find a new policy within 3 weeks. They are cancelling our policy because of a children's play-set in our back yard!
